1 Initial Application

The initial application marks the beginning of the process, and costs are incurred only after the completion of Step 2 (counseling).

2 Application Submission Post Counseling

Once the application is complete, the next steps involve costs such as appraisal fees, which are triggered upon submission of a signed certificate, confirming HUD-approved counseling.

3 Underwriting Process
